We all have things in life that we’re not happy with. Goals that we haven’t reached, relationships that we’ve neglected, self care that we’ve forgotten about. These are the kinds of things that linger over our heads and whisper self-doubt into our all too receiving minds. Which in turn begins a viscous cycle of inner criticism and talking ourselves down.
As we’ve said before, self doubt is a real bitch. It kills every dream we think of, it sabotages our successes that we should be celebrating, and replaces them with reflections of all the other things we still have to do.
So, here’s the question: who is going to change it? Who is going to watch out for you enough to bring you through that nasty self deprecation that you’re drowning in?
The answer is simple: it’s yourself. Nobody else is going to change your life except you. There’s nobody on a white horse that’s going to come in and save you, and clean up your life. You’re your own white knight.
